Participating faculty will receive support for researching their students’ learning, a confidential individualized report [see example] about students’ learning in their particular course, and comparative information about students’ learning in comparable courses. All data is aggregate and anonymous, and all individualized reports are confidential. Faculty may participate in two ways:
